Since the last “Oily Rag” was published, the weather has done its best to thwart our efforts to run trains for the public. Our total revenue amounted to just £2.50—and that was a donation!

On our last running day during this quarter, we were able to carry out some boiler steam tests. One was for Roy’s Traction Engine and after successful test, Roy ran the Engine around the Park, so whilst there were no trains that day, we did have a road vehicle in action.
The proposed extension to the track in Vivary Park remains under discussion and I will advise you when progress has been made.

The content of this Report was provided by those present on the days, as due to other commitments, I was unable to be there. Very well done to those who were there and now we look forward to the Flower Show and hopefully, a busy and enjoyable time for us all.
