Passenger numbers were good and we finished the season with an increase in revenue over that of 2008.

I would like to thank everybody who turned out to run the Railway, this year - it is very satisfying when other Clubs ask us how we manage to obtain such strong support.

I hope that you all have a happy Christmas and prosperous new year. Don’t forget the Santa running days on both Railways.

Not a lot to report as things remain very much the same as last time on the Clock front. There is plenty of help available to anyone who wishes to become involved in this marvellous branch of our hobby! Please do not be afraid to ask.

I am scheduled to give a talk on one of our Tuesday Club evenings in the new year on the Harrison R.A.S. Regulator and I will tell you something about the progress that is being made on the replica.
