Vivary Park

Public running started on Easter Sunday, this year, to coincide with an Easter Egg Hunt in the Park. Passenger numbers were good.

Two more passenger hauling days have come and gone since then with a good showing of locomotives, both steam and electric each time.

As usual, the whole support team, the “Lifters and Shifters” and the “Catering Division” performed to the excellent standard that they have set themselves. We look forward to increased passenger traffic as the year progresses, with good weather. Many thanks to all.

(Horological Sub-Group)

The response to my request for any interested persons to contact me if they would like to form a Horological Sub-Group within the Club has only brought forth one reply. I suppose only time will tell (pun intended!).
