| Our first running day, this season took place on the 1st April, with a good turnout of both locomotives and club members. Passenger traffic after a slow start improved and an enjoyable day was had by everybody.
Easter Sunday was quite a hectic day when we provided over 500 passenger rides. Three locos were in operation (one Electric and two Steam), and they all ran throughout the afternoon. All of the operating team are to be congratulated on keeping up with the demand, and keeping the crowd happy and under control. As usual, the refreshments were up to the best of Vivary Park standards and our thanks to the ladies for looking after us so well. |
