We are now finalising our arrangements for the Exhibition and it appears that we are going to be short of models, partially because of the lack of response to our request to update the model data base.

All of the clubs and societies that attended last year will again be supporting us.

Listed below are the traders that will be attending. If you would like something special from them, then contact them before the Exhibition to ensure that they have it with them.

Members should park on the tennis court at the rear of the main hall in order to relieve congestion in the main car park.

We will be on site Friday morning from 10 a.m. and would appreciate help to set up the tables and displays. Please remember that all of it has to be removed when the exhibition closes on Sunday and it would be appreciated if members could stay behind and help where possible.
